Mandi Hunter
With more than 20 years of experience in real estate, Mandi has found a niche in helping her clients protect their real estate assets, their investments in real estate and their decisions about their real property.
After practicing law* for more than two decades, Mandi became a licensed real estate agent with Serrone & Co.** to broaden her scope and ability to help clients with, what is oftentimes, a client’s most valuable asset: real estate.
With Mandi’s legal background, her approach to real estate is somewhat unique in that clients typically seek legal counsel when they have a problem. Mandi knew that this same approach, to be as much a partner, consultant, and collaborator for clients, would benefit the client as a real estate agent as well. This unique problem-solving mindset enabled her to create full-spectrum solutions to the problems clients were looking to solve, regardless of whether those solutions were non-legal.

A native of the Kansas City area, Mandi received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Kansas and received her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She is a licensed real estate agent in both Missouri and Kansas.
In her spare time, Mandi enjoys being active and giving back to the Kansas City Community by serving as a member of several associations and as a director on a variety of boards and commissions including the Johnson County Library Foundation, and being appointed to the Leawood Planning Commission. She is currently Vice-President of the Johnson County Bar Association.
* Engaging the services of Mandi Hunter at Serrone Hunter Real Estate Advisory Group does not create an attorney-client relationship.
